 The Pennsylvania Dental Assistants Association – (PDAA) what does it mean to you? The PDAA is a state run organization that is geared toward promoting and enhancing dental assistants in the state of Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania Dental Assistants Association has been promoting and enhancing the profession of Dental Assisting since 1950. The Pennsylvania Dental Assistants Association is passionate about being a legislative advocate for dental assistants. This passion and dedication has named Dental Assisting as a top voted career for 2010. Who knows what we can do in 2011!

The PDAA is looking for recipes from you our local dental assistants from the state of Pennsylvania. The PDAA is putting together a cookbook of recipes submitted by dental professionals. The cookbook will be able to be purchased through our website and at local events.  Please submit your recipes to Aimee at amgaspari@comcast.net.  Please make sure that all submissions are in word format.  Feel free to submit as many of your delicious family recipes as you would like.
